After the great success of our Single Malt Whiskey FIDDLER'S GREEN - GREEN OAK and by popular request from those who could no longer get it at the time, we can now offer our new 2024 edition of our official whiskey.

The winemaker and whiskey distiller Thomas Sippel had already provided us with six excellent different single malt whiskeys for our 30th anniversary. Now, with FIDDLER'S GREEN - GREEN OAK, a very special whiskey edition has matured in oak barrels and by your request we decided to do another filling in 2024.

Green Oak is a very special Whiskey, exclusively created for Fiddler`s Green. This unique whiskey is special because of the carefully chosen components and an exclusive production method. Made from local barley that was dried over smoking beech. This method makes a special flavour with a smokier taste.

The classic rough and fine distillate process guarantees a high quality und pureness of Whiskey. After destillation the Whiskey ist stored for six years in former wine barrels. These barrels were formerly used for "Spätburgunder" wine, what gives the whiskey an additional depth and complexity of fine wine aromas.

By this careful dealing und exclusive use of our special wine barels arises the FIDDLER`S GREEN - GREEN OAK Whiskey for connoisseurs and also for the fans of Fiddler`s Green.
